When will my credit card be charged?
Just after your order has been successfully placed. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.
How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*Western Digital Online Store".
How will you know where and how to send my physical product?
If you order a physical product, a Shipping Information page will appear during checkout so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method.
Can I order without a credit card?
No. The only form of payment accepted is with a credit card.
Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card
transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

The standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return period, allowing customers to return their package for any reason. The 30 day period begins from the day you receive your order. Please ensure that any returns are shipped back to us within this time frame.
All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition, with the original tags still attached, and suitable for resale. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
